It's not about time, it's about poundage.

For a guy around 5"7' to 6"0' you can gain an inch on any given body part by gaining 10pounds.

You may have to gain a little more since you are tall.

16'' unflexed is quite large. That could take quite a while. I would imagine that could take you a couple of years to achieve.

As said above, leanness plays a part. The more fat you carry the larger your arms would be just because of the adipose tissue. I mean, I've seen plenty of women on mobility scooters at walmart with 30" arms, but I'm not going to ask for their routine, nom sayin?

depends how lean the gains are, you should be there in a year or less without much fat gain. you could probably do it a lot faster than that if everything clicked and you had the right training program/diet/rest

No offence OP, but your 14.75 inch measurements are of fatceps, I agree with the above posters that 16" is quite big, you need definition to look them bigger.

Hit your arms hard and you won't lose much! Dont do an extreme cut just eat a 500 calorie deficit and your arms are flabby too, 15 inch lean arms> 16 inch fatceps...Get cut they'll look better even if u lose half a inch or so...no respect for fatceps dont care even if there 20 inches, and what do you measure your unflexed like? Straight arm unflexed or what?
