I've been bulking for the past couple of months working out constantly and eating lots of protein and a moderate amount of carbohydrates. I take good fish oil and try to stay away from trans fats. I'm 240 lbs and 6'3 and my bmi is 25% and my lbi is 180 according to my own calculations which i think are right.I don't look obese but definitely still have love handles and fat in my mid-section. How many calories should i eat if i want to start a cutting phase and how long do you think it will take to lose the weight if i worked out with weights and moderate intensity cardio 2-3 times a week?

I went from 23-240 to 180 in about 7-8 months.
180 lb of lbm is a really solid amound of mass, how did you arrive at that figure?Don't Drink, Don't Smoke, Watdo you do?
