240 lbs, 6'3, 180 lbi. How long should it take to lose it?

I've been bulking for the past couple of months working out constantly and eating lots of protein and a moderate amount of carbohydrates. I take good fish oil and try to stay away from trans fats. I'm 240 lbs and 6'3 and my bmi is 25% and my lbi is 180 according to my own calculations which i think are right.I don't look obese but definitely still have love handles and fat in my mid-section. How many calories should i eat if i want to start a cutting phase and how long do you think it will take to lose the weight if i worked out with weights and moderate intensity cardio 2-3 times a week?

I had a pretty big frame to begin with and i guess working out heavily with weights for 3 days a week for about 3 months did it. Does that sound abnormal? Because i could have done the estimations wrong but it all sounded right.

I calculated my body fat percentage which was 25 percent multiplied by my weight and then subtract that from my original weight. I think
