how much green tea extract per day?

picked up some green tea extract pills by chance today (buy one get one free) so said what they hay, have heard good things. 200mg pills. bottle says 3 a day should i follow that?

I take between 1gm and 1.5gms per day. I would say 3-4 of those per day is probably a good dose to follow.

LOL, I do the exact same thing with my Coconut Oil only difference is my caps are 500mgs each. 3:1 of Oil:EGCG 3x a day min.

I think most of the studies use around 500mgs so I try to shoot for at least 750mgs (because of my body weight).

I use Natrol brand which I get from the Vitamin Shoppe.

I use the now egcg. I take 400mgs of egcg daily.

Both look like good choices. I reduce my overall intake by 1 cap if Im using LX at the time.
