Back when women in BB looked like women & not men! There was RACHEL MCLISH.
What is she up to these days? Why did she fail to really capitalise on here fame? She did couple of movies (Ravenhawk / Iron Eagles 3, plus a doc. Pump. Iron 2), couple of books (Flex Appeal/ Perfect Parts) then nada, nothing! Her last book was 20 years ago, her last movie was 12 years ago.
So what happened?
Worse, she has never even had an official website. Does the very occasional shoot or article for a magazine (last one 'Ironman' within last year).
She could have made a ton of action movies, even if they weren't huge , she may have got cult following like Cynthia Rothrock, etc. Heard she got offered part in 'Aliens' as female soldier & turned it down but not sure if that is rumour or true.
In 'Ironman' article & shoot, mentions new book 'TLC - Tighter & Leaner To The Core' but no sign of it yet.
Does she do seminars or appearances at BB shows, or stay well out the limelight? At 50+ she still looks stunning!

Being at the top of her game, I'm sure she married a wealthy man and never had to worry about fixing typos in a book manuscript again.

By The Way.......
Her book 'Flex Appeal' from around 1984 is actually really good! Lot of detailed photos & explanations, lot of exercises incl. some unique ones - barbell rowing upside down hanging from a smith machine bar with your feet!, etc.
She also has 'In Shape With Rachel Mclish' VHS out which is workout just using Dumbells.

Looks wise she is most stunning BB ever! Just check photos out on previous links. Also got link for the nude fotos of Rachel 9 in all (3 from behind, rest from front topless) but won't post that as expect it will get removed; taken in 1995 but Rachel decided she did not want them published in a magazine after all. Pity for the general public I say, the shots on the photoshare site the figure & boobs are amazing, most feminine BB ever too.

That clip is from 'Shape Up With Arnold' VHS , hard to find now was from early 80's. 'In Shape With Rachel Mclish' is easy to find & she looks stunning in it - and really good workout tape especially for someone new to weights, it just uses dumbells & bodyweight, NOT good workout tape for males though, even though it is intended for men & women, as Rachel Mclish is just too damm stunning & distracting!

Will try upload & link the nude shots of Rachel Mclish, stunnings not the word - (they are full frontal with top off and no hands covering boobs but she does wear pants)! These were professionally shot but never released - as in published in a magazine or book.

I've posted this before but what the hell.
The big arm you see is Matt Mendenhall's. They appeared to be hiding out, if you know what I mean. Well, that is conjecture on my part.
Both of them were pretty accommodating and told us if we left them alone until they left we could takes pics. She was hot, no doubt. Even more so in
person. I'm in the blue shirt. Hadn't lifted in about a year so don't give me a hard time.
