15,12,10,8,10 behind neck press
5x12 Upright Row 70kgs
5x12 Lat raise 25kg DBS

Started and Built up from pressing 20kg dumbells 3x10. As well as support exercises, for rotator cuffs. Only started doing lat (seated) and front raises about 5 months ago. Started with 10kg each DB doing 3x15. No secret. Just putting the work in.
