How much are you taking? Are you lactose intolerant? There are many factors on why this may be happening. Ultimately a doctor would be best qualified to figure the problem out.

So have whole food protein instead. You don't need to drink shakes; they're supposed to be a convenience, not a chore.

Certain products make me feel this way. Cytosport whey made me feel like that and Myofusion vanilla (aka butterscotch) made me queezy.

im have the same prob as the OP, im lactose, but the protein i buy is lactose free. Whats wierd is that this wierd phenomena has started out of no where. The only solution i can come up for people like me and the OP is to drink a glass of low-fat milk, or Lactaid (10g of protein per 8 oz and little fat) for those whom are lactose intolerant like me.

OP, im personally going to go to the doctor and get checked for siliac, ulcer claritus (dont know how to spell it), and Cromes just in case, cuz my sister has 2 of those three things, and apparently, they're hereditary.

    not a protein shake but...
I got the same feeling from NO7 Rage... I felt like I couldn't finish my workouts without stopping every 5 minutes to belch, swallow and try to keep the garbage down...The only reason I didn't toss the crap in the garbage was the price...I felt obligated to finish it.

A good digestive enzyme formulation might help, as would probiotics.

i prob get sick 3 times a week...if i take too many supps on an empty stomach or with just a shake in the morning.

or def after i lift and have a shake along with post supps. you can kinda tell if your stomach feels uneasy def take a shower first and just wait llike 20 mins instead of drinking it immediately after. this helps me out a lot

    more of the same

Same problem here, If its milk thats bothering you, make one shake with lactaid as said in above post and one with water but what finally helped me was just taking one shake a day and eating another small 1-2 or meals to get my calories above 3000. I never had this problem before with protein shakes until I started taking 3 shakes a day. Adding fiber and greens to your diet is a big help as well. If your not used to eating alot your body sometimes fights against you in any way that it can so becareful all else fail Doctor appt after 10 days without improvement.

    Same. :S

I feel really grossed out with it. ESPECIALLY vanilla flavored proteins. I'm currently drinking Russian Bear 5000 at the moment, when I first ordered it they didn't have any other flavors so I just went with it hoping I wouldn't have the same reaction as with other brands vanilla flavors. What flavor do you have? I never get this with any other flavors in other proteins.
