This stuff has me really intrigued. First USP labs supp I have actually really wanted to use. The perfect training partner is someone who is reliable and as dedicated to lifting as you are. I had a training partner who used to always flake out and it was annoying as hell. Someone who doesnt talk too much and get distracted easily in the gym is essential as well, please dont text while you are spotting me.

What makes the PERFECT training partner?
Someone who holds you accountable in the gym and keeps you motivated to give it 110% everyday. A partner that does not skip out on a workout, no matter what. If you have to hit the gym at 5am to get it done and fit it in your schedule, you can count on them to meet you there at 4:45am. A partner that is fairly close to you in strength but pushes you to new limits constantly. A partner that has great gym etiquette, reracks weights, and won't be an overzealous spotter!

The perfect training partner is someone that shares the same vision as you for what you want to get out of your workouts. They'll push you to complete 1 more rep than you thought possible, and you'll do the same for them. It's all about dedication and motivation.
Pain of discipline. Pain of regret. Take your pick.

The perfect training partner is difficult to find but great when you have one. This person lifts similar amount of weight and reps as you do. This person is as motivated if not more then you are. Knows how to spot properly without lifting too much on the last rep. Will be on time when you need to get to the gym in a rush.

The perfect training partner should do a couple things. First of all they should never bother you mid lift and ruin your focus. They should also know when to supply help when spotting you so that they are not lifting for you, and supportive enough. Lastly, they should be able to give you suggestions to aid in your form and weight since they can see you lift from a 3rd person view, as well as motivate you.

A perfect training partner is somebody that never lets you down when it is time to hit the gym. Knows the routine and completes it. Somebody that is always ready to spot you properly and motivates you to get those last reps in. And they would definitely be perfect if they supply all the supps

Answer this question: What makes the PERFECT training partner?
Someone I would consider the PERFECT training partner would be someone who is training with me and not just going to the gym to go to the gym. They're not just there to "go to the gym" or to say "Yeah I went to the gym today", they're there to TRAIN with you, to help build the bodies you both want! They want me to see gains just as badly as I do, and will push me to get there. This person will always push you to go heavier and harder than you would by yourself. The question of what makes someone a perfet training partner answers itself, someone who trully will push you to TRAIN and not just lift weights like the average Joe in the gym.

The Perfect Training Partner!
My opinion of a perfect training partner is 3 things. They always have to be there for you. They have to know how to spot you on a crazy heavy weight load and they MUST verbaly abuse you if your training to your point of failure.
Ex: You fish stick! If you don't get that bar up, Ima eat your azz up with no tarder sauceEveryone is created equally, but it is your choice on what you do with yourself!
Don't doubt, just get it done!
Happy day, everyday!

What makes the PERFECT training partner?
I believe a perfect training partner would always be at the on time, makes no excuses that they can't come on workout days, spot you whenever you lift heavy weights and help push yourself greater to your limits. Also they would always be there to help get you to be more motivated and they have the desire to help achieve your goal by experiencing and being there with you. The training partner would be at the gym with you til the very end.

What makes the PERFECT training partner?
The perfect training prainer has the qualities of one who is as dedicated as you are, one who can push you past your limits, one who shares the same interest in a specific training style, preferably one who has close or stronger lifts than you do, one who is educated and can help you out or to fill in the missing gaps in knowledge. The perfect training partner should also be someone who is competitive, and in a way you compete against each other (ie; johnnie jackson and branch warren)

A training partner should be someone you trust nothing is so unfortunate as a partner who makes you nervous as you raise 200 pounds of weights over your head. Your partner should be someone who shares the same work ethic as you. A partner who likes to take a lot of breaks to rest when you like to take less will inevitably slow you down and make you frustrated. Additionally, your partner should be punctual. A chronic late-comer does not make for an efficient weight training partner. Lastly, your partner should be someone who has a positive and inspiring attitude. A perfect weight lifting match makes for exceptional and effective workout results.

The perfect workout partner is someone who PUSHES you mentally and physically... Someone who is as strong or stronger than you. You have to feel the NEED to beat this person at ALL your lifts EVERYDAY! What I hate seeing in the gym is when there is a group of people that do 1 set of an exercise with PISS POOR technique, then take a 5 minute rest and chit chat!... MY workout partner has to be able to keep up with me and match my intensity! I want to be able to feed off him and get pumped watching him move some heavy a** weight! When my partner lifts a lot, I always want to do the same but better ... In the end, the perfect workout partner is someone who is going to push you and make you better than you were the day before! Your workout partner is your competitor, as well as your friend!
