I'm at work and hadn't packed a lunch, so I got some marinated portugese tenderloins + heated up a frozen veg "steamerbag" w/ corn carrots and broccoli.

when I'm in 'paleo' mode I pretty much eat chicken, tuna and eggs every day. Marinade chicken in olive oil/crushed garlic/fresh black pepper/salt and broil and serve with either steamed veggies or salad.

It's not very creative but it's easy.

When I did Keto, I ate a ton of chicken salad . . . basically just chopped up chicken breast (canned or fresh cooked), diced hardboiled eggs, dill relish, and fat free mayo. Mix up a big batch and eat for multiple meals. Although your kickboxing compatriots may not appreciate the eggs.

there's nothing easier tastier and more rewarding than a high protein diet..

a bunch of animals with a variety of greens and veggies .. I like them grilled , poached, steamed, stewed

and in case of emergency I can eat steak every day

Im hardly ever on anymore as some of you may or may not have noticed so Im going to go ahead and get a bunch of my random comments out of the way while I can remember them.

1. After watching the latest James Bond movie, I have come to realize that the entire series is essentially a maladjusted drunken Englishmen fighting people with disabilities that try to overcompensate by building twisted empires and dont know how to treat their women right, of whom also end up getting taken advantage of by a drunken Englishmen whos merely the lesser of the two evils and looks good in comparison.

1.a. Skyfall could also be called, "Daniel Craig: Shirtless" and it would still be a relevant title.

2. Any movie title name that you can think of sounds awesome when you add, ":The Reckoning" to the end of it. No matter how stupid. For example the name my roomates and I came up with is, "Naked Men on Stools 3: The Reckoning." - See, awesome.

3. In Animal Planet's fake documentary about mermaids they seem to suggest early man actually came from Orcs. Dont believe me? well heres a picture from the show.
Thus the reason scientists havent discovered the missing link is because they havnt been looking in Middle Earth.

Stopped by Home Depot on the way to the gym this morning at 5am . . . needed a new drill and needed to hit shoulders/traps/abs. So I did my combination Black Friday and workout bit for the day. Wasn't as crowded at the store as I imagined it was going to be. Gym was dead, too.

Kids are going to my parents' house for a few hours tonight--gonna take the wife to see Skyfall.

Just a question since I cbf making a thread about it, how much protein do you ladies eat/day?

Late to the party...but, I get >200 g protein/day. Stick to the 1.5-2 g/lb bw. I've read conflicting reports, but I likes me protein!!

And, I just eat a LOT in general...6 meals/day and keep my cals pretty high because I like to do a lot of cardio.

Personally it turns my stomach to watch people grab at "things" like they hold some life-saving value.

I expect that type of behavior at aid stations after hurricanes and earthquakes as people have gone without for days, maybe weeks. I do not expect to see it here at a store.
