....okay, so what does gaining weight from increased calories, protein and lifting heavy have to do with X-rep? Article really makes no mention of ant x-rep techniques he may have used.

Laughable as always

All these x rep articles are good for a laugh, and not much more. They make a bunch of b.s. claims to lure you into buying one of their over-priced ebooks. The author of this article is listed as a "Marketing Strategist" at Ironman Magazine, which is the main peddler of x reps.
