A true skull crusher

I was doing tricep pushdown's and wanted a wide grip for a change, so I went and got a lat pull down bar. Put the damn thing on and then bent down to change the weight. When I pulled the pin the bar came crashing down on my head. this is when i relaized that the lat pull down bar isnt light enough to stay up on its own. I felt like an idiot after i was able to see strait..

Red face Stuck on Squats

I just got done watching the fit show one morning and it had J. Jackson doing lat raises with 80lb DBs.....I was Amped! I knew if He could do 80lb lat raises with ease I just KNEW I could do at least half that weight....I mean come on how hard could it be? well If you haven't guessed it already I thought wrong....I did all my warms ups, I'm hootin', I'm Hollarin' and giving high 5's to my buddies in the gym. I finally worked up to the 40lb DBs and I start blasting them for all of 2reps and I was down for the count....Some how I pinched the HELL outta my rotator cuff and I couldn't lift with my right arm for almost two weeks! I wasn't even in the gym for longer then 5mins before I was running out...Of course everybody wanted to know where I was going and I had to use the excuse I forgot something at home....Yea, I forgot something alright, I forgot to check my damn ego at the door!
