Awesome dedication man. Went a tad to far tho for 6' hehe. I know mentally it is hard to do, but a super clean bulk isn't what you need. You can't see much progress in the past few months. I would start eating more and get some mass on. The crash dieting ate all your muscle.

As a 6 footer, even with no muscle I don't think I'd ever want to hit 150 or lower. I looked sickly at 157, and I had a decent base. You can see my trans of the week at http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/trans46.htm

I've put on 35#'s since then, and STILL think I am too skinny =)

Grats again man, you definitely have the drive to achieve whatever you want.

dragns is on a distinguished road. (+10)
Mark Rippetoe's reaction to seeing this:

"At 6' 136 lbs. he's a nasty little ****. Not my program, certainly not my idea."

I mean no offense to anyone, but I just came across this and cannot believe that this was ever chosen as a transformation of the week. If his numbers are correct, then he lost 30 lbs of fat and 48 lbs of LBM during his cut!

BB.com considers losing almost 30% of your LBM to be successful?

It's adding insult to injury to have the exercise program listed as Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength, since it has nothing whatsoever to do with it other than squatting 3x/week.
