Do you guys suggest I buy BCAA capsules or just Leucine alone, I'm kind of on a budget too, but I don't know if its worth it, I have never tried bcaa's or leucine before in the 5 years i've been lifting, any suggestions or comments would be appreciated

"To determine this, we first must define what "anabolic" is. Simply, the definition of anabolic is "of or related to the synthetic phase of metabolism." The synthetic phase of metabolism that is referred to is protein synthesis, the process by which cells make new protein."

If this is so. Then there is no problem. But... I don't think thats the definiton of anabolic. As anabolic means a state where the body is building tissue: "growing", be it FAT or MUSCLE. And catabolic is a state of the body where the body is breaking tissue: FAT or MUSCLE.

And... I just dont think you can simpy take CARBS and say they "are" or "are not" anabolic. Thats like eating 400g of protein (and nothing else) a day, which is only 1600 cal which is basicly nothing and then saying that protein is not anabolic.

Be it this or that... I think this article has little to do with building muscle. It about hard work and eating a lot.

And for YOUCANTWIN11. Id get BCAA powder(If there is such a thing, cause we dont have it over here where I live), to save $$.
