am i overtraining
i work my biceps and triceps out mondays and thurdays and im 15 years old 6 foot 152 pounds for my biceps i do barbell curls and dumbell curls and concentration curls i try to keep it in between 6 to 12 reps and for my triceps i do close grip bench presses cable push downs and overhead extentions 6 to 12 reps is this overtraining if i do it monday and thurs and i use whey protein and creatine
