Hey great article
But I have a question I have a family I would like to follow your program and diet but there is no way I can afford all that stuff I cant even join a gym I do have a nice squat rack and nice york weights I have a lat tower but only up and down movements no seated rows or anything. I have curl bar and barbells. I cant do all those exercises in your routine. The food thing I just cant afford all that stuff and feed my family. Everywhere I look all I see are diets I cant afford and exercises you have to join a gym for. Am I just out of luck or is there other ways around this. Now I am not a complete idiot (my wife said Yeah right) I can figure out exercises to do for certain body parts but the diet thats alittle out of my budget. I can get stuff like chicken and I love mixed vegitables, milk, rice, beans, etc but the red meat and whey protein stuff I just cant afford and dont you need red meat alot(is their a substitute). Now after I lift I always do 12 egg whites with 2cups milk and slimfast. When you do a meal replacement 3 or 4 times a day could this shake be used maybe adjusting the eggs. The flaxseed oil I am going to get. Can you help me out a little. Your article is great very indepth an backed up with the facts. Its great maybe one day I'll be able to afford it but I just cant right now. I need a "poormans Version" of your diet
Sorry this got so long I babble alot.

thanks for your time
Nathan
