OMG an article I actually like and agree with!!!!

One small thing I would say is I think you should do a pressing movement before pec deck as a warm up otherwise you are going straight from the pec deck to pressing without warming up the pressing muscles - this could be bad for the triceps and elbows - apart from that good article IMO.

mislead ?

i dont like the way some body builders are always trying to tell us that their way is the only right way, and if your doing anything else then its not working ! that can be gutting for some people !
ive been body building for around six months heavily now and thanks to some sound advice and hard work have gained quickly.
most people who take it seriously know its about eating right , lifting heavy without breaking form, attacking each muscle with varying exercises and most importantly, if you wanna get big is pushing to failure and using the three core exercises, dead lift, bench and squats.
in the article you say people cant be doing much good if their doing their chest 2 to 3 times a week, well i do it three times a week and my chest is completly punished and pumped by the end of each session.
i use a 5 times 8 technique working the chest using three different exercises in rotation, kind of like a triple super set, with 10 second breaks in between. i do this 5 times on each chest exercise, working from 8 reps down. for example : bench press 8 reps to vertical machine bench 8 reps to incline dumbell press. you do that 5 times and your killing. i was stuck on 32 kg on each dumbell for weeks until i tried this. after 2 weeks of this i moved up to 36 kg. people remember your always goon a hit plateaus , and the more you lift the harder it is to go up and up, thats nature.
