I watch every episode of Brit Show. I think it is informative and entertaining.
But theres one thing that bugs me royally. The way they spot, they spot from the very first rep in almost every set, and tag-team up every rep. How are they supposed to know if they increase or if the spotter just lifts more of the load?
It would be interesting to see how much their training weights decreased if they trained alone, without a spot.
