Loosing you're motivation.
Thanks for a great article! How dare you call me a panty waist! But you know....you're right! I had the desire to lift before I slacked off and still want to lift but am letting every excuse in the book slow me down. I would never miss a workout in the past but panty waist's do miss work outs. Today, when I get home from work, I am going to ask myself this question. Is the panty waist going to miss his workout or is the bodybuilder going to make things happen?
