Unhappy Virgin Coconut Oil

Still much confusion about the health benefits of coconut oil. Just reading any of a number of reputable university websites will cast a negative picture regarding the use of coconut oil specially for cooking. I wonder if it is due to such a strong Canola oil lobby. I wish we could get a definitive study on this subject. I want to believe the miracles of Coconut Oil but am still full of doubt.

great article...

i actually bought some coconut oil tonight... in addition to the apparent health benefits (which is why i bought it), the extra virgin coconut oil i bought smells and tastes FANTASTIC!

had the oil with some oats and i had sustained energy for a pretty intense lift tonight. i highly recommend it.
