Mike Mahler - The Power Of Music!

No doubt about it, music is a powerful tool and one that should be taken advantage of. At the same time, music should be used judiciously for optimal performance.

Cool ??

What about real intense music like techno music or trance or drum n bass or even house? what about metal? why rock music? how can rock music give you a boost before a workout? it hasnt got a pace or a rhythm! :S

even gay pop music like lady gaga or pet shop boys or britney would give me more boost!

in order to have a intense workout with music on background you should choose something with more rhythm! you wanna sweat not listen to a solo or analyze ravel's 'bolero'.

peace xx
