For me this is a well written and honest article that even has a meaning beyond bodybuilding. Sitting back and evaluating what you have achived and beeing happy with that is a good thing when you are obsessively into something. Persistent feelings of inadequacy can occur in many aspects of life when one is setting his goals to high, or as the author puts it, rises them right before they are achived. I have been a bodybuilder once and lived similarly obsessed. The muscular body is long gone, what remained is that i am following now different goals but with the same blind obsession. This article woke me up somewhat. Thanks. (Michael)
