Successful Happenings from Successul Dreamings & Confident Mind-State
I don't have before and after pics of myself losing the weight unfortunately I was just always to busy from with working in a grocery store and with working in the gym. I used to weigh 228 on the weight scale. I weigh 205 now and I am still losing. If I didn't had any dreams in my life I probably woudn't be alive right now as of this very single moment. People and Old people live through DREAMS and Trying there Best to Achieve them for Confidence, Better LifeStyle, or just a Change in Them. I started a cycle class at the gym and done a strict diet which was really hard to past and beat over but I added some new things to it like some snacks but they would be healthy snacks with protein and very little carbs like cottage cheese, beef jerky, vienna sausages. I would drink no soda I would allways drink caffeine free soda and that'd be just one can a day. Loads of water and eventually a gallon or two of water a day. I use a multivitamin supplement called Opti-Men by Optimum Nutrition and everytime a work out in the gym I drink the protein shake SYNTRAX by MATRIX Orange Cream flavored. (I plan to try the others soon). I started running with just 20 minutes a day. Now I'm starting to do sprints outside like a real pro no matter how cold it is, or how hot is it outside. I run and do my sprints anyhow. People and Successful Business Men in life, Reach there goals through Dreaming, Reading how Other People Got It. Asking how people got there dreams and reading success storys. Thats how I did mine. Thats how I did the weightloss. I got so sad and depressed through my weight I would literally cry every night and ask my parents how do I lose weight? I'm 19 years old and did weigh 228. When I was weighing rough my confidence level was real low. It'd take me forever just to even look at a girl that I like for awhile. Which now for the weight loss of course now my confidence is higher, I talk to all girls that I like, I lift the weights however long I want to in the gym no matter what. Losing weight has good benefits.
1. More Weight Loss=More Work Done At Work, House, or Even in The Gym
2. More Energy=More Stamina
3. Success in Weight Loss=Confidence, Self-Esteem Build Up
4. More Confidence=More Company in People when They Notice A Change
5. More Endurance
The list goes on...and on
It's sad to be fat, and overweight. Everybody picks on you. Everybody makes fun of you, and laughs at you. Then you feel bad all day about it. Cause you wanna change but you can't because of bullies and punks. Do not listen to people that try to bring you down they are jealous of something that is good happening in your life right now. They know you got it better somewhere then where they have it wrong. So then they try to get you then thereforth. Cause they done something wrong to get there goals. They know you reach your goals and etc,... All Hell Breaks Loose. You say to yourself I'm gonna eat this box of duncan dohnuts and run later on during the week. Or atleast I did. I started doing things that toughened up my mind. Like talking to people, opening out more to people, getting outta your bedroom, and dinner room. Just reach for certain goals. Try it atleast you might be shocked. Start eating right, Working harder, Being what you wanna be, Stay away from soda, and snacks. Also restaurants they are no good eat foods like eggs, tuna fish, chicken with out skin and broiled. It'll take awhile. Might even have to warm yourself up a little and just do the first two meals of the diet. But thats normal for some people. I was in the same situations. I got serious with that scale and told myself It Is Time. Time to ignore punks and just do what you want to reach in life. To stay alive. Hope this article helped. Goodluck people, and Happy New Year!!... Make this be your Resolution. Also keep a daily log of yourself, jot down your goals in life, do whatever it takes to reach there requirements. Don't let nobody win thereselves against you. Definately not worth it in that road, and dark street.
