Zach Marcy - Gain Muscle Like A Pro, WITHOUT The Drugs

Knowing what I know now I realize just how big of a difference you can make in your physique that will give you drug like effects. Hands down you can pound on the mass like the guys using gear in your gym. Yet, you can do it without the side effects of bad acne, lack of sexual performance, loss of libido, loss of your hair, etc.

This author is a joke. He shouldn't preach like he is this all high and mighty natural when he admits to using steriods in the past. Not exacltly the poster boy for natural athletes as a 164 pound ex-steriod user.

Also, don't minimize problems that true natural trainers do run into. A quote from the article....."Plateaus are for people complacient and lazy. The truly dedicated don't have the word plateau in their dictionary."
A) that is ridiculous
B) it is spelled complacent.....not complacient

Somehow I think with following his rather basic advice I would still be some way short of a pro!

Quote:
Take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours every morning to make the 6-7 meals you will eat through out the day
WTF? 60-90 mins every day just to prepare food!

Um yeah and I'll take some healing crystals into the gym with me as well and always remember to pray to Buddah whilst drinking my post workout shake
