a college kids drive

many of us college kids we all know we like to party and have a good time but we also as men neways like to maintain that six pack and be the strongest guy in the gym....
i just found a few tips along the way to help u still have a social life along with getting good workouts in...
1.) eat right all the time just not when you can
2.) if you are going to drink drink low carb beer (Ultra, Miller lite, etc...)
3.) no your limits you do not have to be wasted to have a good time with your buddies just get a good buzz and know when to quit this cause less caloric intake and you feel good enough in the morning to get in a good workout
4.) try to sleep as much as possible an afternoon nap always help me get that lil boost after classes and such to get a good work out in
5.) if you know you are going to a party that night lower your carb intake this will not affect you as much when you are drinking beer
6.) limit yourself on the parties you attend i noticed since i started doing this that not only were my workouts better but my grades improved also
by doing all this i lost a combined 70lbs and still maintained a good social life just eat right and have a good time but dont intend on puking everytime you drink....

Its a nice article however alot of college students don't have acess to things such as egg whites.. and healthy meals. All I have is a fridge over here so pretty much all I can eat is cold cuts.... getting protein high is hard too because the cafe doesnt always offer the best choices... and cooking chicken breasts in a dorm.. hot happening.
