Lookin good bro, but unless you've got recovery genes from hell or are armed with some pharmaceuticals a 6-day routine isn't a good idea.

I'm losing my mind trying to find what out what routine to use

I've already gained 15 pounds of muscle in 5 months. I started without a clue of what I was doing, but have learned a lot since. I keep hearing that you only need to work out 3 days a week, but I don't know. I've been working out 3 days and then taking 1 day off, and so on and so on. Each day I do a total of about 35-40 sets. Is this too much.
