AMDEZ, get over it, you're a pussy. You're probably small and puny too. Pissed because you can't bench over 200. And the gentleman who wrote me cares. This doesn't concern you, so quit being a ***. No one cares about you.
You're amazing, quit acting tough. You're not.

Big Cat doesn't know anything special. Look around son, re-read my article. Like I said, you lack experience. Do you lift weights, do you eat?
Do you sleep with Big Cat, is he your idol

well overall i think the article can be a little deceiving. throughout the first section you get the idea that you should eat anything and everything in your way which is clearly not the thing to do. Also Jason(i assume pectorific2002) clearly the diet you have layed out will not work for everyone and could cause serious problems. Diet and how much to consume also depends on your body weight and BMR!! sure your a big guy and can eat a lot but does every joe shmo know that or are they going to go out weighing 180 and consume 400g protein

It just takes me to the teenbb website. And I can't find it on there. Maybe give me directions on who to find it once I get to the homepage of the website.
What weight class do you wrestle, what state? Aren't state champs over already?

Another great aritcle.
I think the main point of "Just Eat" is something that everyone should learn.
I can't remeber how many posts I have seen of someone asking about what equation they should use to figure out how much to eat. Or a bunch of people saying you need to eat X Y or Z, or you are just wasting your time.
I would tell them "Just Eat". If your getting fat eat less, if your not gaining eat more. That's a little simplistic, but this isn't rocket science. I can't stand it when someone waves around a degree of some kind saying this or that about why someone else is wrong. We have enough self proclaimed gurus and genious' here that we could start our own university. What we need more of are guys who are just who they are. "I'm big, this is how I train, this is how I eat, that's it".
The fact is no one is right. Not even Jason. His diet is right for him, but it won't work for everyone. Don't get all caught up in it though. Just eat and learn.
Keep up the good work.

James Barlow, thanks. I am not trying to be a guru, just things that have worked for me.
AMDEZ, what weight class do you wrestle. You have some good potential going, keep lifting hard. What is your head injury all about.

james barlow: once again its advice like that that gets people fat it does depend on x y and z. you cant just eat and gain muscle without a lot of fat.

Big Daddy,
if you're 6-8, 290, how do you bunk with all your semen friends?
In this forum, big means muscular, not fat. But to each his own

Hey, about everyone talking about my Sugar article and not thinking I know what I am talking about...The next show you do, eat sugars that I mentioned and let me know how it turns out.
This goes back to the experience versus reading a book deal. I agree with Layne you need to have gym smarts and smart smarts, but experience tells you the truth about you. So anyway, have some pasta, white bread and drink some juice in your pre-contest prep.
Did anyone see Dex at the Ironman?
