That's not heavy duty?

Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty never says to use super heavy weights He advocated working out very intensly with one or two sets with 6-8 reps for upper body and 10-20 reps for legs using one or two sets. What the author is doing in his workouts is exactly what Mike Mentzer reccommends. The only thing that may be differrent is the split routine and recovery time. He should have done his homework before writing this HIT article.
