Pretty new to all this but am I correct in thinking the form displayed in these videos, especially by 'Baz', is terrible? The Bicep curls and those tricep dumbell exercises for instance (heaving/swinging on both, lack of control of the negative on the tricep exercise).

Also, are all of those spots really nessasary? They seem to help each other on almost every rep on some sets and then claim 'It was too light'.

Still, I have enjoyed all of the videos in the series so far!

Thumbs up

I've always had problems with my shoulders not growing, but I saw Johns routine and gave it a go, I really feel like they have been worked afterwards which I never felt before!!

Also this low rep high intensity really seems to help me aswell!!

I think these videos are great! Keep em comin please!!

... their form (at least on the bicep curls) was pretty bad... form is everything (just about...) but especially on isolation moves... you start using momentum like they are and you aren't making the biceps work as much as they should... my personal favourite is to curl up, lower to the half-way point, hold for 3 seconds and then lower...
