That meal plan is JUST NOT HEALTHY!

Way too much protein, almost a complete lack of fruits and veggies (proportion wise). While I appreciate the committment the writer showed, such a diet carried over for a long time would be very dangerous, IMHO.

Judging from the photo where Heather is standing next to Jenny,.....if Heather is five feet tall, Jenny must be about 4'6"??

You're an idiot!!!
You'll never go anywhere in this sport if you can't take constructive criticism. And I've seen your post history, especially when someone tells you how to properly do squats. GROW up young man!!!!

I agree with you. This douchbag always thinks he's right and his post history is horrible. Nice E-competitions buddy. Learn to take criticism.

By the way, GREAT transformation.

Brian, the reason you can't get past the middleweights is because you always think you're right. With a ****ty attitude like yours, you'll never make it to the next division. Have a open mind in this sport bro, or you're either gonna stand in the same spot or perhaps take a step back.

Excellent work Heather!!! Many people including my wife look up to you.

I was referring to the person blasting her diet if you didn't see that. Heather did a great job! Please actually read before you jump on someone's AZZ! Here is what I responded to-

As far as being a Middleweight, I rather enjoyed my time there. Thanks for the kind words though, LOL.

You guys are totally off here. I think what she did was great. I was talking to the person calling her out on her diet. As far as e-comps, you can watch video and see picts on my site guys.

Once again, Heather is awesome. The person saying her diet was dangerous is the one way off here.

LOL I love how you posted a reply to a post that you made... since both unregistered IPs match. Not confident in your own point so you use the 'unregistered' to mask you posting support to yourself

hilarious

I think Heather looks great. She helped me to lose a lot of weight for my wedding and gave me a good diet plan and exercise plan to follow. I look to Heather as a role model for all of us ladies who want to lose weight. She proves to all of us that we can do it. Heather is a wonderful young lady who cares. Thank you Heather, I am in your corner all the way.
