The article says that 15 weeks out you started a really strict diet to shed the weight. How much weight are we talking on the cut? The article shows you at 230 lbs and then a contest weight of 186 lbs. Did you cut all that weight in the 15 weeks or were you not still at 230 lbs that close in?
How many calories per day were you taking, and did you taper it off toward the end to continue fat loss?
