This article was pretty bad. I am not even sure a beginner could reap any benefits.
The fundamentals of weight loss are nutrition, resistance training and cardio? WOW....ground breaking stuff here (sarcastic)!!!
O/T, but I think you monitor this board.....Layne, have you ever considered an article on refeeds??? You helped my out via e-mail a few months back and it was greatly appreciated. I think that type of fat loss article would be far more advantagous to a bodybuilder than this crap. Just a suggestion.
