nice!

great shows guys! keep up the good work! nice to see one of these videos with a bit of raw intensity for once... they never really push it on the other 'video' shows! show them how its done! nice training and very informative with everything being explained in detail. good luck and keep us all updated!

Thumbs up

Yep, great show. I feel sorry for John's training partner who seems to put in the hard yards, but doesn't seem to be getting great results - his physique is quite underwhelming.

Unhappy Re:Training partner

What's the deal with your training partner.I'm in no way trying to be rude, but his physique doesn't look very good at all. It's puzzling to me because he can definitely put up the weights.Has he been training purely for strength?

Unhappy

Well, I appreciate what bodybuilding.com is trying to do by offering different people's approaches to training, but to be honest, these videos are quiet unprofessional. First of all, the videos are very boring and not entertaining at all, just two guys pumping out set after set of basically the same exercise. The tall guy doesn't look like he has a very good physique, and I can tell John is completely obsessed with himself. Also the sound quality is poor and it is hard to hear what they are saying. Most of all, I can not stand John Berry's straining face, he looks absolutley ridiculous. These videos are unsatisfactory in my opinion.

northern35s will become famous soon enough. (+50)
I disagree too, it is good to see a natural bodybuilder prepping for his first show, keeping it real. Not everyone is, or wants to be, a Ronnie Coleman, repect to you John and thanks for replying to my email.

load of bull ricky

I really have to say that ricky is on the wrong track he has not thought before he has decided to slag off someone who is doing quite well for himself and who has a bright future ahead of him. if your talking like this ricky you have must have something to back yourself up so point me to your website with exercises on it.
