Amazing article. I think everybody should incorporate this into their routine.

I've been going to the gym for about 8 months religiously and I thought I was in really good shape. I did hill sprints and my mindset changed, I was barely able to breathe while my lungs were about to explode. No I don't have asthma, it's the fact that this exercise is so strenuous. I'm serious, everybody should look into this.
