Responce To Unregistered!!
Where do I start, Firstly I thankyou for taking the time out to watch the video. Its great to get feedback. Lets start with a couple of things.
One: Shouting/screaming in the gym...hmm, well what-ever motivates you and this is what does it for me, and for your comment about only novices make noise in the states im sure 8 times Mr Olympia Ronnie Coleman, would maybe argue the fact that he is a novice according to you, I have seen many different top professional bodybuilders make noise to motivate them through there workouts...Dorian Yates and Skip La Cour (who slaps his chest) just to name a few.
Two: the Brit Show is seperate to the Fit Show, which will still bring you your video updates with Bob and the gang.
Three: To say I come across arrogant, well your opinion I guess. In no way was this the image I was trying to put across.
Four: This was not a strength based training plan its a 12 week contest prep, and my aim is not to lift heavy but I will still go to failure on every working set. In regards to how I look you should always begin your contest prep about 10 pounds from your planned competition weight. For those people who find it better to increase weight then diet down hard...Good luck to them!
What works for me, might not work for you!
I still wish you all the best in your training efforts.
Keep those comments coming, and would like to say a massive thankyou to all you 'Hard Core Trainers' out there for the emails and constant support.
Its been great. Special Thanks To Bodybuilding.com and Discount-supplements.

Just got to say well done John on the series so far, it's very refreshing to see a natural guys contest prep, especially for their first show, I know I've mentioned natural in two posts, but I believe it to be a big issue and respect to you, and all naturals for that matter, for attempting to reach your genetic potential naturally. Don't get me wrong the mass monsters that use are still impressive and much respect for the dedication it takes.
I look forward to seeing future Brit shows and what the series has to offer.
Stephen

These shows are awesome. I just love seeing you and Baz work out in the gym, your techniques, the methods. And I love the way you two act, pretty amusing, though I guess you're not like that off camera?
