Your saying you don't feel any discomfort even when taking a set to 80-90% failure? Your saying you don't feel any discomfort stuffing your mouth full of tuna everyday? Most people who train specifically for strength are on anabolic drugs and perform 1-3 rep maximums, and most of the time those do indeed are taken until failure. To each his own.

Well put

This article does to some extend do no more then repeat what o****less other have stated before but as with all of those he just strengthens exactly what it takes to be big which can and should be repeated just to keep us all in check cuase i dont care how hardcore you think you are unless you are reminded what hardcore is your views will drop so keep the insperation flowing and as a quantatative whole lets put chickens and tuna on the endargered species list

Great article, however it has one fault. He refers to soreness as pain or discomfort.

i feel none of that-they only give me pleasure and joy
To me-it hurts good
