Lost over 100 pounds.......

I tried losing 10 pounds one time and couldn't hang. That dude must have some damn good determination. He's a better man then me.

Inspiring

This story is truly inspiring as it shows that people can achieve almost anything if they really put their minds to it. i've been struggling with the last 15lbs or so and was thinking maybe it wasn't in the cards for me to be ripped. This definitely gives me some newfound motivation to keep at it and work a little harder.
