For all reading this, this is my brother and way to go John. You worked hard, trained hard, ate healthy and it continues to pay off for you. Watch out cause I am going to be your competition from now on, my workout is definately there, and soon enough my diet will be as well. Congrats on your new look bro, you earned it. For others out there this transformation is real, and if you are on this site then you must know that nothing in easy about this and it doesn't happen over night. It takes time and dedication and hard work and most important, it takes follow thru. Think you have what it takes, show me!!!
