I'm baffled with the definition of muscular endurance the winner used. I guess he was talking about strength sports only, but when you research how efficient the top runners, swimmers, cyclists and rowers are.. that's muscular endurance. Ultra runners who run 100 miles without a break is muscular endurance. The crazy cyclists on the TdF who are kicking their ass every day for over 3 weeks. The article is more about the muscular endurance of strength sports like MMA and Boxing, which I completely respect, but those sports are more about strength mixed with more than decent endurance.. than any top endurance swimmer, rower, runner, or cyclist who never strength trains besides to strengthen their support muscles that either develop slowly or not at all with their training, but could help with consistency. Article was good though besides the part where it asks for the sport that involves the most endurance.
