wow the response i am getting to my story has surpassed what i ever thought possible! thank you everyone for your kind words- Unfortunately i can't humanly possibly respond TO EVERYONE i would be at my computer all day. So i thought i would address the main questions/conerns I am getting asked and hope that people find them here:
1)since losing weight I DO HAVE STRETCH MARKS AND LOSE SKIN
- what i did for it - NOTHING..there is nothing ( besides surgery ) that can be done...I am optimistic about it - i look at these and think heck i've worked my butt off and this is proof for it! i used to hate these areas but now growing to like them!
2) eat 5-6 smaller meals a day for weight loss - each containing, protein, complex carbs and healthy fats - ITS SIMPLE JUST DO IT! read up on good sources for each on the net or books/magazines
3)be true to yourself and nobody else - if you want to change you have to want it more then anything else in this world - JUST DO IT!! yes this means sacrifices ( a lot of them!) if you don't want that then this lifestyle isn't for you..but think what is more important your health or a social gathering that is based around junk food?!?
4) have fun with it?!?!?! it is exciting to see how your body responds to different diet and training methods be patient and watch your body transform before your eyes.
my personal belief is : 80% diet ( MUST BE CLEAN ) + 10% TRAINING + 10%GENETICS = SUCCESS
NO EXCUSES!
again thank you EVERYONE for your emails - i am flattered and they help me each day as i continue this lifestyle!
Stay strong, train strong;
Christine

I know this is late but I just read this story and i have to know....did you go back to that dude that called you a "flipper" and make him regret every freaking day of his life?! He has to feel like an idiot now!!! You look fantastic and are a motivation to anyone who wants to lose weight. My wife really enjoyed your article too! keep up the good work!
