I tried this today, and wow! I didn't think I'd be able to do it, and I had to go a tiny bit lighter in a couple spots, but man, I've never had a workout that intense. I threw up afterwards, which wasn't fun, but it was mostly water, so not as bad as it could have been. Okay, that was probably more than you needed to know, but I'll definitely be trying this some more the next couple weeks.

Wow

Well I just recently started using the 10-10-2-20 method on my legs and all I gotta say is WOW. Me and my friend(also my training partner) are 16 were not bodybuilders but were both very committed to working out and Im in soccer so leg strength is very important to me. Anyway I just want to thank you for writing the article it shortens my workouts but is also more intense. Were not able to finish the entire thing with out brief rests but I already see my leg strength improving. So just wanted to say thanks again and if u got the time id like it if u could recommend any supplements since you probably got some experience with um.
Well that’s all hope u could get back to me good luck with all ur training.

Awesome!!!!

This routine is great. It kicks your ass though is a an incredible workout. My five year old thought I was dying when he came out to the garage after my second superset. I have already seen a change in my legs in two workouts. Thanks.
