are u ****ing kidding me- think of it this way"a man with t-levels that are more overflowing than a raging gorilla can think of pretty flowers and bumblebees and everything will be just great. He will be more masculine and feel more aggresive than that one time he o-d on some andro. give me a break man. smash some walls and go get hammered its what being a mans all about,not flying with the birds on a lofty mountain top with laof mi as auf by a rainbow. ****ing ***gits. i could go on but this is pathetic.

An overall good article although a little brief. Might have talked about repetition speed, somehow unknown to heavy duty newcomers.

well Paul, whilst Mentzer writes about everything up to Rest Pause Training, i guess that YOU are just the lucking one, to find out about Infitonic Training and Omni-Contraction Training.
