Bethany's routine
This workout is great for women who want to both develop muscle and lose weight. My girlfriend's been on it for about 5 weeks and she's doing great; her waist is slimming, as are her legs, and butt. But the most notable is that she's tighetening up and you can see the shape of her muscles very well. As far as the workout goes it's intense but not killer were you're in the gym for 6 hours.
