great advice

I just did some standing calves after my squats and I have to say I'm in the same boat. My calves aren't terrible but I always feel they could be bigger. My gym doesn't have a sitting calf machine. Donkey's are cool but I never do them. I always figure I'll do them at home and forget. thanks for the idea about burning them out with just body weith to pump blood in. I wonder if that idea works with other body parts.

Thanks for the tips, I'll be sure to try them out. I liked the humor of the article, too, especially as I'm in the same boat with regards to calf size. I'm six feet tall and I can actually wrap one hand completely around each ankle, so I clearly was short-changed genetically! I hope this info helps.
