i tried the new workout described by Russ Yeager for plateau busting. i have been on it for about two weeks and was planning on using it for 6 weeks. i am very discouraged now that ive dove into this workout. i did tharm routine today which has about 13 sets for biceps and 14 sets total for triceps. isnt that too many? resting no more than 1 1/2 min between sets but resting about 2-3 min between excercises this routine took almost two hours. i am also skipping the last excercise on both bis and tris i think from now on. isnt over kill bad? i am so confused now because i do to little of reps and i dont get sore and if i work in too many sets i feel like it is ruining my amount of growth. i am 5'10'' and weigh 185 lbs about 8-10 percent body fat. i just want to grow but everything contradicts itself. and the russ yeager guy is tiny but i decided i would give the workout a try since i never workout in the 12 -15 rep range. please reply regaurding the amount of sets excercises you should do per body part and does it change if changing the reps? thank you. jeff
