I think when writing an article like this one, you should have somewhere in there a statement like " Don't confuse ego with sport though, if you want to lift big weights all the time, check out powerlifting or strongman articles, but this is about muscle hypertrophy." You can't very well just put it like you either lift for hypertrophy but if you do less than 4 reps its for ego only.

"Heavy weights are the only way to cause good growth, but are useless when you give your muscles constant breaks from the heavy load."

This article is not very helpful at all. It contains a bunch of overgenralized statements that are wrong in some cases.

For example, in order to gain any strength, one MUST wait 3-5 minutes between sets (read up on ATP and how it works, and how long you need to wait before goin back to your next set).

Now with this guy's article, the overgeneralized statements can confuse the reader: what does he mean when he says "useless when you give your muscles constant breaks"
This is COMPLETELY WRONG.

Basically this article is a bunch of one liners that do not assist someone in learning how to weight lift properly.

I could go on and on about how my cake that I baked is perfect, and it takes a certain a mount of time to take, and it's a big cake.. but what real help is that? Why not tell me something specific: like ATP 3-5 minutes between sets. IE how long did you bake that cake for in the oven.

What is the point of postin an article up on the internet without any real sepcifics?

" Are you working your muscles or are you just simply lifting weights?"

This article shoudl be entitled:

"Are you writing a useful article, or just something that confuses people and is both wrong and right depending on certain situations?"

Writing an article about how to win a car race would be nice, but if it just contained wrong and right info, adn a bunch of one line statements, what help would that be? If the article informed us specifically on how to take a turn (cut it down) , where the bumps were on the course, etc. that would be useful.
