I have just checked this article, I was looking for the answer to my problem and I think have found it.
I am female and 35 years old, according to my last messuring (with skin fold measurement method) my fat is 7,6.
According to the tanita measurement method, athletic, my fat is 9 and normal tanita measurement my fat is 12.4.
I am 55.30 kg.
However, from the end of summer, I can not see any progress to my body. I workout 6 days a week. According to my last program I work out 3 days weight training, and 3 days cardio (sometimes 1 day functional training) and 1 day rest.
From the end of summer, actually 2 months ago I realized that ı wanna eat more carb, starving of it. I tried everything I sticked my diet, I stopped having supplement etc but I can not protect my body.
To sum up I can not see my 6 abs at all, even my fat and my weight is low (mentioned above.)
And I was searching on internet to find out what is going on to me. I saw this article. I think I have same problem with mentioned in this article.
But, what can I do, what should I do?
