This guy is a nut who glorifies his addiction to weightlifting and his article is only a brief ranting of self promotion and extreme excessiveness in the gym. Fresh vomit is not a sign of a good workout.

eh good for a motivation read but nothing more.

Just cause some of us don't train twice a day everyday with marathon sessions doesn't make us less hardcore. We are just smarter to realize we grow out of the gym and therefore don't need to spend ungodly hours pumping iron with no thought to recovery.

I work out 5 times per week, but I hate to tell you most chicks (the ones you want to date anyway) could care less about 18.5" biceps. I would venture to say 99.9% of women think that's disgusting, just to give you some real perspective. You might know that if you spent more time with women and less time in the gym Larry
