Ihad a full pectoral tear back in august 1998.It took 2 years of pissfarting about with my doctor and surgeons for them to re attach my left pec. This was a ful pectoral tear.I had on 440lbs on my third set on flat bench. The reason it tore was I didnt fully warm up or stretch. My pec was finally attached on 25th august 2000.Unfortunatley the butcher who did me cut through my cercal vein and didnt know about it until 26th augustthey had to rush me back to surgery to stop the bleed. There's more!My body rejected the hooks that where tying my pec to the shoulder area.It took a further 3 operation to finally decide they had to take out these hooks. The reason for my reply is I have gone through 5 ops but I might have severe scareing to my left pec, shoulder and bicep but I am still training and have dropped my pounages but you take my word for it I have more symertry and definition than half of them who try and compete!
