Angry Disturbing

I am a big fan of bodybuilding.com and their articles until I came across this article Best Bicep Workouts Of The Bodybuilding.com by Matt Weik. It was a good article until they put in pictures of Greg Valentino and Buy My 'Secrets To Building Huge Arms For Only $159.99. What the article fails to mention is that Greg Valentino got those big arms by doing steroid site injections into his biceps. It also fails to mention the infection that he got in his bicep that forced Mr.Valentino to perform his own form of surgery in his bathroom by inserting a needle into his bicep to drain the fluid from the infection. Also, the surgery that he had done to remove part of his bicep. This is all 100% valid and true. It is well documented and there was also a documentry made about this. I am shocked that someone who knows of this information would attempt to sell a product from this. This is truly disturbing.

It was supposed to be a joke. Did you find anywhere on how to order or what to order?

Wink

Most gym members already have enough of a fetish with biceps, there is no need to encourage such behavior.

Should have said curling in the squat rack makes your arms smaller.

I thought the article was very good. I've struggled over the years trying to use too much weight and have had minimal gains. I like the part where it says to don't use a heavy weight and use proper form for best gains. It took me a while to learn that, but, proper form is definitely the key along with good hand positioning.
