Great Article
I found this article to be helpful as I was unaware of the values of egg and caseinate proteins. I also did not know about the time-release properties. Thanks for a great article!

hmm... what happened to my post? I'm wondering here... as I thought it was very misleading and gave out false information... this article say, like I have said before, that expensive whey is in some way better than inexpensive way... however, there is no study or proof showing it is a scam. although one of our memebers, ********, tested nitro-tech and optimum nutrition 100% whey, and the protein was basically the same, for half the price.. the type of protein makes little difference... whey is whey, and isolate will not give you any special gains... actually, you probably wont notice them... the only thing you will notice is a hole in your wallet, this article is misleading in that way... NEXT TIME GIVE PROOF, OR STOP WRITING BS... I still do not see why more expensive whey is better, and why the 5lb tubs would be a scam... unless you give me proof, it's a misleading article.
also, I was wondering who deleted my post, please PM me and tell me why? I'm stating basic facts and I have info and tests...
once again... this article gives out unresearched, unproven, flase information.

The articles on this site are intended for you to use them however you want to take them, they're not exact science. If that's the only bad thing you have to say about the article, then you might as well keep your mouth shut. There are differences in types of whey, although they might not increase your gains, they are more easily digestible and prevent gas and bloating. Plus, they taste and mix better. The isolates may also contain amino acids in the mix that the concentrates don't. Many people might want to pay extra money for just that. Everyone has different opinions about this kind of thing. You can't say one man's opinion is false information and misleading. There is no one item of proof on this topic anywhere because every other person you talk to has a different idea. I just take it all in and make my own conclusions and see what works for me. Sure, some people might be misled, but they might just give you a tip that works great for you. I suggest keeping an open mind and stop judging others so harshly. "Facts" change daily in this industry, so tomorrow your idea could be wrong.

would you like proof? I can give you proof...
the point is, he says it's a scam, and it's NOT! isolates have a marginally better amino acid profile, that will NOT affect gains to a noticable degree, that is what your diet is for... what he is doing (I don't know if it's intentional), is getting people do buy the more expensive whey, when what you are paying for is the brand name and the fact that it has an acutely better amino acid profile, which, once again, will not do much for you, if anything at all. The reason I was being harsh was because the first time I wrote it, I was nice about it, and my post was deleted.
peace.
P.S. ideas change, facts don't
