Amazing Job!!!!
I'm a little biased as Cheyenne's husband but I want to say what an amazing job she has done. Cheyenne has truly dedicated herself to her fitness and overall health since the birth of our son. She was beautiful while pregnant but even more breathtaking now. In addition to all of her hard work and dedication to looking phenomenal, her greatest accomplishment is to how great of a mother she is to our child.

Thank You!!
Thank you so much for your kind words. Congratulations on your pregnancy. Any amount of weight you gain during this special time will be worth it. Enjoy these wonderful moments. When I realized my son was healthy and fully developed, I let myself enjoy every pregnant moment. You can always take the weight off with hard work and dedication. The fact that you allowed yourself to gain weight for the health of your baby shows that you will be a great mom!!

Two Questions...
Thank You for being an inspiration to all of us who have that dream or goal of having a dream body, I used to worry that I was gaining as much weight as I did with my first pregnancy but then I thought I have alot of time after my baby to reach my goal of course I have the goal of reaching my ideal weight around 5 months! Dont wanna wait too long. I just have one question, Did you get a personal trainer? Cuz Ill probly do my best with what I got at home. Free weights and a bench. And did you get a nutritionist, or base your nutrition solely on the South beach diet? Thanks Again!

Thank you all for your great responses!!!!!
I did not use a personal trainer b/c I felt like I knew my body better than a trainer and what it was I was trying to accomplish. I noticed that some trainers were incorrectly teaching form and technique and that turned me off. I did a lot of research. I subscribed to several fitness magazines and read tons of transformations. I took what I thought would work for me and tried them. My workouts were trial and errors. I also did research online, just like this website which provides amazing information. If I didn’t see results in three to four weeks, I would change my routine. I still do this to break up the monotony.
Some of my best workouts are done at home. I’ll do a total body workout with bands which are amazing. You get a certain tightness with the bands that you don’t get with weights. I love it!! Another thing I use which are great is the Tamilee Webb series of “I Want Those Abs”, “I Want Those Arms” and “I Want That Body”. She works you to the bone. I love that feeling.
I hope this helps.

need inspiration
Cheyenne, I read your transformation and you did an amazing job. I had my baby 8 months ago and I did reach my pre-pregancy weight but I want to lose more. In Jan 2006 I began my journey weighing in at 166 lbs. I am currently at 147 lbs 30% body fat. I need inspiration to continue on. My goal is to weigh in at 131 lbs w/ 22% bf. I am 5'6" tall. I also read Jennifer Nicole Lees story on Oxygen Mag. You have both done a wonderful transformation. I guess I just need help in the motivational dept.
